新购 Basler acA2500-14gm 相机，使用从官方网站下载的 pylon v6 版本连接测试，报错：

Error    2019-09-06 10:18:25.196    Basler acA2500-14gm (23103410)    Image acquisition on “Basler acA2500-14gm (23103410)” failed! Error: “The buffer was incompletely grabbed. This can be caused by performance problems of the network hardware used, i.e. network adapter, switch, or ethernet cable. To fix this, try increasing the camera\’s Inter-Packet Delay in the Transport Layer category to reduce the required bandwidth, and adjust the camera\’s Packet Size setting to the highest supported frame size.”

处理措施：

一、使用版本V6 .0出错率很高，更改为V5.2版本

V6.0 版本出错率很高，可能新推出的原因，甚至界面都有卡顿现象出现。于是卸载后重新安装V5.2，有很大改善。

二、使用版本V5.2版本稳定许多，但仍有报错

V5.2 版本，尽管有所改善，但是也会偶尔有错误发生。这时需要改一些参数。

1. 打开巨型帧

2. 修改 Packet Size ，电脑不同，参数不同，在1500-9500之间尝试，直到errors为0。可尝试 9000。

3. 修改 Inter-Packet Delay，数值为 1500

 

三、保存设置

设置后，可通过 Configuration Sets -> User Set Save 保存。
